- Lead capture planning for federal opportunities from identification through award
- Develop win strategies, competitive assessments, and price-to-win analyses
- Coordinate with proposal teams to ensure capture strategy is reflected in proposal response
- Build and maintain relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through market intelligence and agency engagement
- Support color team reviews (Black Hat, Pink Team, Red Team)
- Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM and provide executive pipeline reporting
Requirements:
- 7 years of federal capture management experience
- Proven win rate on competitive federal IT procurements
- Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise IT solutions preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle and IDIQ/GWAC vehicles
- Shipley or equivalent capture methodology training preferred
