Job SummaryAbelia Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) programs. This role provides leadership for daily operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of DDA programs in compliance with Maryland DDA and COMAR regulations
- Ensure person-centered service delivery that promotes independence, community integration, and quality of life
- Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate program staff
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local licensing requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Maryland DDA, CCS, families, and community partners
- Support program growth through collaboration, community engagement, and referral coordination
- Oversee budgets, billing, and documentation (LTSS and PCIS2 systems)
- Monitor service documentation, reporting, and quality assurance
- Address participant and family concerns with professionalism and advocacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in Maryland DDA services
- Strong knowledge of COMAR and DDA requirements
- Experience supervising staff and managing programs
- Familiarity with LTSS and PCIS2 systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
