BrickStreet Pharmacy, one of East Texas' largest independently owned pharmacies for more than 20 years, has an immediate opening for a Pharmacist in Charge. This person will primarily work directly with senior management to develop and drive pharmacy process, pharmacy management oversight and team members to ensure best practices and continued growth.
This position requires at least five years' experience as a PIC in a retail environment.
This person must be self-motivated, dependable, highly computer & software literate, proficient in pharmacy metrics, Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel. The owner will lean heavily on the reporting capabilities and management of the PIC. The PIC must have strong communication skills, both written and oral. Customer Service skills are required, ability to train pharmacy staff as well as to hold staff members accountable is a essential for this individual.
