We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews, coordinate production, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality work across commercial projects throughout Southcentral Alaska.

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
- Read and interpret plans.
- Maintain production schedules.
- Ensure quality control.
- Conduct safety meetings.
- Communicate with project managers and superintendents.
- Track manpower and productivity.
Qualifications:
- 5 years commercial concrete experience.
- 2 years foreman or crew leadership experience.

Experience with:
- structural concrete.

- paving.
- Ability to read plans.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.
Preferred:
- Military base access eligibility.
- Federal project experience.
- Alaska experience.
- OSHA training.
Compensation: $95,000-$125,000 DOE.
