Do you love connecting talented people with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for a Recruiter who brings energy, creativity, and strong relationship-building skills to help us attract the skilled talent that keeps our operations moving.
As our Recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, partner with leaders across the organization, and create a great experience for candidates from first conversation through onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline for manufacturing and skilled labor roles.
- Build relationships with candidates while providing timely, professional communication.
- Represent our company at career fairs, workforce events, and community programs.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and EEO standards.
- Occasionally travel for recruiting events, including some weekend opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruiting.
- Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right opportunities.
