We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our go-to-market team. This role will be the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring we have the data, reporting, and tools in place to exceed aggressive growth targets. This role is based out of the Boston office and requires in-person attendance at least 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM as the primary revenue platform (data integrity, automation, reporting, dashboards).
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks for pipeline, forecasting, account performance, and profitability analysis.
- Support leadership in forecasting efforts by consolidating data, modeling trends, and identifying risks/opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to align KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop automated processes to improve sales team efficiency (lead scoring, routing, alerts, etc.).
- Perform deep-dive analytics on sales team performance, account trends, campaign ROI, and contribution margin (CM) profitability.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to determine CM contribution margin profitability at product, program, and account levels.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have experience with HubSpot CRM: pipeline configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Engineering (fintech, SaaS, or manufacturing preferred).
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL a plus).
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting processes and profitability analysis.
- Familiarity with contribution margin concepts and financial modeling.
- Strong project management and communication skills—able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or payments ecosystems.
- Prior experience in a high-growth environment scaling the sales process.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
