We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Human Resources Business Partner/HR Generalist to join our entrepreneurial, collaborative team. This role reports directly to the HR Director and offers hands-on experience across all aspects of HR—from employee relations and HRIS management to benefits and compliance.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and help keep our HR operations running smoothly:
- Own and manage the HRIS system (new hires, terminations, employee changes, and reporting)
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
- Support employees with HR-related questions, including leaves, compensation, and benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Act as a trusted HR partner—helping resolve employee concerns with thoughtful, solutions-focused support
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Stay current on federal and state labor laws to ensure ongoing compliance
- Recommend and support employee relations initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
- Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with ADP systems
- Background in a manufacturing environment

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
