Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities within construction, real estate, and property management industries
- Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and in-person client visits as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Educate customers on surveillance, monitoring, and security solutions tailored to their needs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client communication in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and generating new business
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM platforms
- Experience selling to construction, security, or property management industries is a plus
