We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive environment. Our clinic prioritizes ongoing supervision, clinical training, and professional development. Flexible scheduling options, including hybrid and in-person models, are available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients of all ages.
- Maintain a caseload of 15-30 clients per week (minimum commitment: 15 hours).
- Offer in-person sessions (Park Slope area) or work in a hybrid model.
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Participate in group supervision, clinical meetings, and training sessions.
- Utilize a strong knowledge of DSM-5 for diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality client care.
Requirements:
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT (NY licensure required).
- Minimum of one year of experience in psychotherapy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work evening shifts (5 PM - 9 PM preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
