Commercial real estate company seeking a hands-on Asset Manager to oversee operations and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, hotel, and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone operationally focused, highly analytical, and experienced in driving asset performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and asset performance
- Manage and provide direction to regional and property managers
- Oversee leasing activity, brokers, and lease negotiations
- Analyze financials, budgets, sales metrics, and operating performance
- Build and maintain financial models and performance tracking reports
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, occupancy, and efficiency
- Oversee tenant buildouts and capital improvement projects
- Report directly to ownership on operational and financial performance
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Prior management experience required
- Strong operational and financial analysis skills
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers and reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
