Job Description
- Coordinating national and international transportation and freight
- Managing import and export documentation (EEI, BOL, AWB, DGD, Bonds)
- Handling cargo including hazmat and project cargo
- Managing bonded cargo and documentation, including liaising with carriers regarding departure dates and updates on bonded shipments.
- Ensuring the accuracy of shipment details and documentation
Qualifications
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
- 3-5 years minimum in the logistics/import/export industry
- Experience with air and ocean freight
- Must live in the Miami area, this is an on-site job
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Competency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to monitor stock levels and oversee the end-to-end logistics process
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with logistics software and Google Workspace / Microsoft teams
