We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Daily Auditor to join the Accounting department at our corporate headquarters in Pontiac, Michigan. As an AR Daily Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing and reconciling daily accounts receivable transactions, ensuring our financial records are precise and compliant with company policies.

AR Daily Auditor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate daily cash drawers from the company system
• Generate Point of Sale and credit card reports from the company system
• Reconcile with Point of Sale and Store Location Cash Drawer
• Process all month-end duties to completion
• Verify the Fortiva (credit card) reports to the funding received
• Order bank bags for store locations
• Assist store locations with customer orders
• Maintain the over/short funding on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned

AR Daily Auditor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze and resolve issues
• Excellent attention to detail with large volume data entry projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Pleasant, professional, and confident communication skills
• Retail experience A PLUS!
• Experience with ERP system(s) a plus
