Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Hyattsville, MD. The Inside Sales Associate will assist customers with product inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, generate leads, and manage customer accounts. Daily responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, collaborating with the team to meet customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing questions and resolving concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and a strong understanding of sales processes
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in Lead Generation to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Demonstrated skills in Account Management to maintain and grow customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with building materials or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is advantageous
