ABC Seamless Corporate– a well-established construction franchise that installs premium exterior home products – is hiring a Franchise Development Manager! We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic, business-savy, and organized candidates who are goal-driven and LOVE being an active part of an awesome team. Bonus points for having a passion for sales and contributing to the success of an already successful business.
The successful candidate will be reliable, incredibly driven, and possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to guide potential franchisees through the onboarding process and successfully manage corporate website accounts.
The primary responsibilities are listed below:
- Sales and Franchise Network growth in designated states
- Enters new franchisee information into a records database and updates records as needed
- Assists new franchisees during startup duration
- Handles all corporate legal documents for selling franchises - Franchise Agreements and the FDD process
- Actively searches and works for new franchisee opportunities and engages in sales calls and oversight
- Travel to designated areas to cold call for potential franchisees
- Acknowledges that this is an evolving position, with growth opportunities available to those who can be adaptable and mold the position to the best that it can be.
- Conducts training for new franchisees at our corporate office as well as at their locations
Other Duties:
·Brainstorming and implementing effective & efficient marketing strategies & campaigns
·Developing best practices & strategies for welcoming new franchises
·Tracking franchisee lead generation and conversion rates

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
