ABC Parts International is a family-run business with more than 40 years of experience in the aftermarket parts business. We are an auto body parts distributor in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut areas. We sell aftermarket parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, headlights, grilles, radiators, condensers, etc.
Summary
As an Auto Parts Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of auto parts to specific locations, which include storage lockers and other warehouses. With core skills in the shuttle driver experience, driving, and heavy lifting, you will ensure accurate and safe transportation of goods. Your premium skills in warehouse experience and box truck driving will enable you to provide exceptional service and manage inventory. Utilizing relevant skills such as route driving and load/unload, you will navigate delivery routes and handle packages with care. Join our team and be a vital part of our logistics operations.

Requirements:
1. A CLEAN driver's license with no points, tickets, moving violations, or accidents within the last 5 years is a strict requirement due to the regulations of our insurance company. All candidates will undergo a DMV Motor Vehicle Report to verify a clean license, which must be approved by our insurance company.
2. A valid license with a minimum of 3 years driving history.
3. Must be able to work well under pressure and follow procedures.
4. Must be able to work in the Bronx.
5. Must be able to drive a cargo van.
6. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver parts to designated locations from Long Island to the Bronx in a timely fashion.
2. Unload parts and sort by route to ensure parts are in the correct location.
3. Load any returns or paperwork into the truck.
4. Drive safely and follow all company driving policies, including state laws.
5. Follow all company policies regarding paperwork and monies.
6. Daily pre-trip inspection must be carried out every Monday, and the van must be kept clean and free of trash and food. Two shifts are available for this position. If selected, you will be asked what your preferred shift is.
7. Working hours are:
Day shift - 12:30PM-4:00PM
