Job Overview
ABC & LOL Child Care and Preschool is seeking a dependable, professional individual to support supervised family visitations in partnership with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This role is essential in providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children and families can connect. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong observational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and impartiality. Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM and hours are not guaranteed; this is an as-needed, per diem position with a fluctuating schedule. This role is well-suited for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in settings such as child protective services, childcare, or social work environments.
- College level education and experience in childcare, social services, or a related field is required.
