Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a Verifications Specialist who can help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. Our culture is casual, open, and direct. This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network
- Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness
- Accurately document and confirm hearing data, attachments, and related materials
- Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
- Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a consistent pace of verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
- Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years experience in data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus in a fast paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting experience
