🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment

- Help maintain IT documentation and inventory records
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance issues
