Your Day-to-Day Impact
As the heartbeat of our center, you will oversee all daily operations with a focus on:
- Talent & Mentorship: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional educators. You will coach and mentor your staff to help them reach their full professional potential.
- Operational Excellence: Managing staffing schedules, maintaining strict classroom safety, and ensuring total compliance with Bureau of Child Care Licensing regulations.
- Community & Culture: Building authentic, trust-filled relationships with families and the local community while cultivating a joyful, collaborative team environment.
- Business Growth: Driving center success through strategic enrollment, local marketing, and sound budget management.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: Must meet all Bureau of Child Care Licensing requirements (Degree, CDA, NAC, or equivalent qualification).
