As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an organized Administrative Assistant to help support our President and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and client-facing workflow of our President. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, organizing technical information, and keeping communication and follow-ups on track.
This is not an executive or travel-based role—it’s a behind-the-scenes position focused on organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and prioritize correspondence
- Track client communications, follow-ups, and action items
- Organize technical documents, files, and records
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and calendar coordination
- Prepare basic emails, internal notes, and reports
- Support client responsiveness by ensuring timely replies
- Keep projects and tasks organized and moving forward
- General administrative and office support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical or document-heavy information
- Solid written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Dependable, consistent, and proactive
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Fire protection, construction, or technical industry experience is a plus, but not required.
