Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business across repair shops, fleet accounts, and dealership customers within an assigned territory
- Prospect and cold call to identify and secure new accounts
- Conduct regular in-person visits to customer locations to build relationships, present products and services, and identify sales opportunities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of aftermarket auto parts to advise customers and recommend solutions
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and call plans in CRM software
- Coordinate with inside sales, counter staff, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience required; automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with CRM software, email, and basic office applications
