- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of automotive service and vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Excel for data entry and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology is beneficial
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
