Based out of our Dutch headquarters in Hoofddorp, with flexibility to work from Zwolle, Weesp, or Olst, this role partners closely with business leaders and HR to deliver a best‑in‑class recruitment experience—both for our hiring managers and our candidates. Your role at Abbott As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, owning end‑to‑end recruitment delivery while shaping forward‑looking hiring strategies aligned to business goals. You will: Build a deep understanding of business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define role requirements, critical skills, and experience Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for internal and external talent Develop proactive sourcing approaches using market insights, professional networks, and internal programs Provide strategic market intelligence, including talent availability, competitor insights, and hiring trends Create and execute go‑to‑market attraction strategies aligned with employer branding Set and manage expectations with hiring leaders, stakeholders, and candidates throughout the process Drive the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle, leveraging systems and tools to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring Deliver a consistently positive and inclusive candidate experience What you bring Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition A proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a strong drive to deliver results The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) What Abbott offers A role within a truly global Talent Acquisition organization The opportunity to influence hiring strategies at scale A collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance culture Competitive compensation and benefits Flexibility in working location within the Netherlands Abbott is an equal opportunity employer.
