About The Role
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s continued growth. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
- Manage high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple departments and roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring
- Create and refine job descriptions and interview questions aligned with business needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and educational institutions
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and interview teams
- Organize and attend local job fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate communications within the ATS
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- You consistently deliver a positive candidate experience
- You meet or exceed hiring goals and timelines
- You build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members
- You identify creative sourcing strategies and adapt to changing priorities
- You embody the company’s values in every interaction
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Proven experience managing high-volume, full cycle recruiting across multiple roles and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills, you’re clear, thoughtful and responsive
- Collaborative and team oriented, you enjoy working closely with the HR team and departments across the organization
- Excellent listening skills and a consultative mindset
