Responsibilities
- Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures and records them as prescribed.
- Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analyzing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends.
- Assist engineering on incoming tools and equipment qualification activities.
- Reviews and dispositions non-conforming material by utilizing tools and by developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
- Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review System and lead investigations.
- Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures.
- Completes and prioritizes work activities independently
- Provides technical input to complex projects
- Participates in cross functional teams
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of all technical processes and Quality System.
