Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Project Schedules: Create and manage comprehensive project timelines, including tasks, dependencies, durations, and resource allocation using project management tools.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
- Monitor Project Progress: Track project performance against established schedules, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, key milestones, and risks to management and stakeholders.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Analyze project data to identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Resource Planning: Support resource allocation and prioritization to ensure efficient project execution within budget and timeline constraints.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project (MS Project) or similar software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and develop effective scheduling solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and complex timelines.
- Experience: Prior experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or project management within a relevant industry.
