Job Description

Program Leadership & Execution

• Design, plan, and execute HR development programs (e.g., leadership development, talent management, onboarding, DEI initiatives).
• Translate strategic HR goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure timely and successful implementation of programs across departments and locations.
  
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, business and external consultants.
• Facilitate collaboration between HR, business units, and executive leadership to align program goals with organizational priorities.
• Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Process Optimization & Change Management

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems through programmatic interventions.
• Develop change management strategies to support adoption and sustainability of HR initiatives.
• Monitor program performance and impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Budget & Resource Management

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to HR development services.
• Plan use of external consultants to optimize costs and benefits.
