- Completes OpEx training (Production Excellence Principles)
- Has numerous (>5) process certifications/proficiencies or holds at least 1 certification for complex processes (example - Wire Bond, Component Attach, Electrolyte Filling, Laser Welding).
- Displays consistent quality/efficiency over a long term (>1 year).
- Displays self-motivation with regard to additional certifications and performing daily job duties.
- Consistently displays a positive, team centered attitude and provides feedback to supervisors on opportunities for potential improvements.
- Reliably executes good documentation practices and influences others to do the same.
- Sometimes performs peer training.
- Completes 5S audits on time per audit schedule
- Suggests minimum of 3 ideas that improves Safety, Quality, Delivery, or Cost in their area
- Minimum of 1 idea implemented that improves Safety, Quality, Delivery, or Cost performance in their area
