Werken als Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist bij Abbott betekent dat je stap voor stap wordt meegenomen in het volledige recruitmentproces. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en hiring managers op onze productielocaties in Zwolle, Olst en Weesp en draagt bij aan het aantrekken van de juiste talenten. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht Talent Acquisition team bestaande uit een Team Lead en 3 Recruiters, waarbij samenwerking, coaching en kennisdeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt het recruitmentproces van A tot Z en groeit hierin naar meer zelfstandigheid; Je schakelt met hiring managers en HR om vacatures goed te begrijpen; Je helpt bij het schrijven en publiceren van vacatureteksten; Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten via o.a. LinkedIn en jobboards; Je voert eerste screeningsgesprekken met kandidaten (telefonisch of online); Je ondersteunt bij het plannen en coördineren van interviews; Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het sollicitatieproces; Je denkt mee over hoe we kandidaten nog beter kunnen bereiken, bijvoorbeeld voor moeilijk vervulbare rollen; Je werkt samen met externe recruitmentbureaus waar nodig; Je houdt recruitmentdata bij en leert rapportages te maken. Wat breng je mee? 0–2 jaar ervaring in recruitment, HR of een commerciële/people-gedreven rol; Je bent communicatief sterk en durft vragen te stellen; Je hebt interesse in recruitment en wilt jezelf hierin ontwikkelen; Je werkt gestructureerd en bent proactief; Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische omgeving (zoals productie of logistiek); Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
