Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely
- Handle payroll-related terminations and adjustments
- Assist with issuing manual checks as needed
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
- Previous Payroll experience
- Gross to Net payroll experience
- Preferable California and Puerto Rico payroll rules and taxes knowledge
- Excel, Workday, Kronos, and payroll tools a plus
- Must have strong attention to detail
