Abbitt Management, LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dependable, qualified, professional Bookkeeper with a strong background in A/R and A/P to perform a wide range of bookkeeping activities for the Community Association Department.

- Highly effective communicator; in both verbal and written communications.

- Ability to maintain accurate account ledgers and account reconciliation in real-time.
- Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager property management software is a plus.
- Experience with year-end accounting, to include 1099 process with I&E statements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must maintain ambitious standards and good customer relations.
- Must have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
