Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed for yard or exterior cleaning
- Maintain high standards of dusting, floor care, and surface sanitation throughout each home
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or janitorial cleaning is preferred; outdoor work experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, carpet cleaning, and sanitation protocols
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper use of janitorial supplies
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling
