Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in clients’ homes while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is committed to delivering reliable, detail-oriented service.

This position offers flexible scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking supplemental income while maintaining control over their own schedules. There are no night or weekend shifts. We are hiring immediately and offer opportunities for advancement through promotions from within.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning floors and other household surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated areas of clients’ homes.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Communicate professionally with clients, respond courteously to requests, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Work independently while managing assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and paying close attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude and consistently deliver quality service.
• Travel to residential clients’ homes throughout central and northern Delaware

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, preferably in residential housekeeping or home cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, cleaning equipment, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Proof of insurance is required.
• Must be able to pass a national criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Schedule and Compensation

• Pay $20 Hour
• Flexible hours — work your own schedule.
