About the Role
We need the best closer in the industry. This is not a front desk role. This is a high-performance sales position inside a growing medical practice with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Meet one-on-one with pre-qualified implant patients and guide them to a decision
- Present treatment plans ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 with confidence and empathy
- Handle objections around cost, fear, and timing — and overcome them
- Coordinate same-day financing approvals
- Follow up on unconverted consults until they book or opt out
- Own your conversion rate
Qualifications
- Proven high-ticket closer (dental, medical, aesthetics, or similar)
- Comfortable with big decisions and emotional conversations
- Empathetic but driven — you care AND you close
- Performance-minded with no excuses mentality
- Having dental experience is a big plus (ie. front desk/tx coordinator who understands marketing and selling, know Dentrix, etc.)
