We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Controller to lead financial oversight and transformation in our Marketing and Sales Units. This role will be pivotal in reshaping how the business is measured, ensuring seamless connectivity from front-end operations through to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with strong analytical capabilities, driving growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence
The work model for the role is: remote/hybrid
This role is contributing to the Smart Building Division in the USA. Main stakeholders are Marketing, Sales and Business line leaders and local controllers.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Controller to lead financial oversight and transformation in our Marketing and Sales Units. This role is contributing to the Smart Building Division in the USA. Main stakeholders are Marketing, Sales and Business line leaders and local controllers.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Lead the transformation of performance measurement systems to enhance visibility and alignment across the value chain.
- Develop and implement financial models and KPIs that connect front-end activities with manufacturing outcomes.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Champion ERP/SAP optimization and data analytics to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and process enhancement.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and revenue growth
- Support strategic pricing, promotional analysis, and customer profitability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Participate in cost effectiveness projects for the division
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial controlling within a commercial or manufacturing environment in a matrix and large organization
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
