Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, orders, and shipments
- Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Train new warehouse employees on safety procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines

Experience:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with mechanical systems for troubleshooting equipment issues
