Estamos en la búsqueda de una Asistente Administrativa Bilingüe altamente organizada, responsable y profesional para apoyar las operaciones diarias de nuestra oficina. Esta posición es clave para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente de la oficina y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente tanto en persona como por teléfono.

La candidata ideal debe contar con habilidades sólidas en el uso de programas de computación, ser bilingüe (inglés y español), tener excelente actitud de servicio y la capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades

  • Brindar atención al cliente de manera profesional, presencial y telefónica
  • Manejo y organización de documentos físicos y digitales
  • Uso diario de programas de computación y sistemas de ingreso de datos
  • Mantener la oficina ordenada, organizada y funcionando eficientemente
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas generales
  • Coordinar agendas y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes
  • Cumplir con horarios establecidos demostrando puntualidad y responsabilidad

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa como asistente administrativa u oficina (requerido)
  • Dominio comprobado de herramientas de computación como Microsoft Office, Google Workspace y sistemas de data entry
  • Bilingüe: español e inglés (indispensable)
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y manejar el tiempo eficientemente
  • Excelente servicio al cliente y presentación profesional

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and professional Bilingual Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office operations while providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish), demonstrate strong computer skills, possess excellent customer service abilities, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service in person and by phone
  • Manage and organize physical and digital documents
  • Daily use of computer programs and data entry systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Support general administrative and office tasks
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on client requests
  • Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and reliability

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office or administrative assistant (required)
  • Proven proficiency with computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry systems
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
