Now hiring an experienced Bilingual Warehouse On-Site Success Leader
Position Summary: The Warehouse On-Site Success Leader provides on-site support to employees and hiring teams, assisting with candidate outreach, basic recruiting, warehouse check-ins, and administrative tasks. This role supports applicant flow, helps new hires navigate site processes, and ensures a positive experience from recruitment through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and local outreach
- Conduct pre-screens and schedule interviews
- Support onboarding (document collection, start dates, new hire check-ins)
- Communicate updates to recruiters, leads, and site supervisors
- Maintain simple trackers and candidate records
Employee & Site Support
- Coordinate badge distribution and employee check-ins
- Greet employees, provide directions, and answer questions
- Provide in-person support at site locations as needed
- Complete basic administrative tasks (logs, forms, updates)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Support occasional 3rd shift coverage when required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
- Organized, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to travel locally between sites
- Flexible for occasional 3rd shift support
- Customer service, recruiting, or admin experience preferred
Compensation: $21.00 - 23.00 per hour
