ABACUS is NOW HIRING an Administrative Staffing Specialist/ Recruiter. As a Staffing Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization is staffed with the best possible candidates, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Job Duties:
- Identify and reach out to potential job candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Place job openings on our Application Tracking System portal
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements by conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Responsible for creating and implementing onboarding, conducting orientation sessions, and reviewing company policies.
- Respond promptly to email submissions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate professional phone and office etiquette
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and transportation.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
