On-Site Recruiter

We are seeking a Bi-lingual On-Site Recruiter (English/Spanish) to oversee temporary employees at a client warehouse in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role ensures productivity, compliance, and a smooth operation while serving as the primary liaison between the client and the staffing team.

Responsibilities:

Employee Management:

• Supervise, coach, and support temporary workers in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to workplace policies.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and escalate issues as necessary.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding workforce needs.
• Ensure staffing levels meet production demands and adjust as necessary.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on workforce performance and productivity.

Operational Oversight:

• Conduct safety orientations, training, and enforce company policies.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll tracking.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in hiring, screening, and onboarding temporary employees.
• Conduct new hire orientations, including safety and job expectations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required – ability to communicate effectively with diverse workforce.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or staffing setting preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and timekeeping software.
• Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends if needed.

Compensation: $50K - $58K
