Manufacturing Technician

 We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, assisting with shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production equipment following company procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot equipment or production issues as needed
• Meet production schedules and deadlines
• Record production data and maintain operational records
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Provide production updates to supervisors
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste properly
• Package finished products and prepare pallets for shipment
• Ship and receive orders based on customer/carrier requirements
• Operate computer systems for tracking and reporting
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and fumes
