Job Overview:
Abacus Staffing is hiring General Laborers to support operations at the Cecil County Landfill. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on maintaining cleanliness and overall site appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and remove debris throughout the landfill site
- Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleanup
- Perform weed trimming and weed whacking as needed
- Help keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Active, physical role requiring standing, walking, and lifting
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working outside for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
