Position Summary:
Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Duration: 12 months from projected start date

Job Description:
The Program Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain Project Management Office (PMO) which focuses on the identification, development, and implementation of E2E strategies and initiatives.
The PMO Team is part of the Strategy, Finance, and Operations (SFO) Pillar in Supply Chain. The Program Manager is responsible for leadership of strategic initiatives through proficiency in project/program management and Supply Chain expertise.
The individual must demonstrate strong project management process expertise, supply chain knowledge, and leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead initiatives from early assessment through execution using the project management framework and the Run, Improve, Transform processes.
Work with functional leaders to develop program scope, deliverables, and resources.
Develop and lead the project team.
Understand current state gaps, drive communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Prioritize and sequence initiatives within a program across plants/businesses.
Coordinate and lead any change management efforts associated with implementation of projects.
Establish program governance and develop post-program sustaining plans and transitions.
Develop strong connections with Supply Chain and Pillar leadership through transparent communication of program deliverables, risks, and overall project tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7 years of experience in Supply Chain with strong business acumen
Demonstrated project management experience and process knowledge
Ability to navigate across functions and plant cultures
Broad business understanding and broad perspective to "connect the dots”, utilize strategic thinking and demonstrate curiosity
Strong and effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and people development skills
Able to lead and direct cross functional teams
Able to work across organizational/functional boundaries
Self-managing, results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
Client Supply Chain experience
Experience managing E2E supply chain processes
Experience leading HMM efforts
Smartsheet experience
Operating Unit or Pillar initiative management experience
Change Management experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
