Duties
- Prepare and process pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step
- Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols including respiratory protection and proper storage procedures
- Operate manufacturing equipment, machining tools, and packaging machinery efficiently to meet production targets
- Manage materials handling tasks within the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Conduct laboratory tests and inspections to verify product quality, documenting results meticulously for compliance purposes
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities and streamlining production workflows
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, safety checks, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance documentation
Skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards such as CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Experience with laboratory testing, chemical agent handling, and industrial chemical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in manufacturing operations including machining, packaging, and materials handling techniques
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of respiratory protection protocols and safety procedures for handling hazardous chemicals
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prior warehouse experience combined with laboratory or pharmaceutical production background is highly desirable
