Front of House Manager
We are looking for front of house manager to help oversee our operation. You will help shape the Patrons experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service. Front of house managers are “people-people” with strong organization and leadership skills. A talent for conflict resolution is also important for addressing customer complaints and handling staff disputes. This position is full-time but a part time position may also be available.
FOH Duties and Responsibilities
A restaurant’s front of house manager is responsible for Interviewing and Hiring Staff, Manage Training, Supervise the Upkeep of Guest areas.
Front of House Manager Skills and Qualifications
Well-qualified candidates have the following skills:
- Point of sale system experience – front of house managers are responsible for entering items in the POS and light menu development.
- Organizational skills
- Ability To Train
- Leadership skills
- Management
- Customer service
We are looking for candidates with restaurant experience. A knowledge of Beer and Wine is highly beneficial.
