Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. Availability every weekend is required. This role requires food service facility and hospitality management expertise to ensure the smooth running of our Family owned and operated Ice Cream & Mini Golf business.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service is maintained.
- Manage operations, including inventory control and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage employees schedules and shift coverages
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Ownership to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in food service management.
- Experience within an Ice Cream type business is highly desirable.
- Excellent training development skills with the ability to mentor staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours
