Position Summary:

We're on the hunt for a creative, proactive problem-solver to join our team as a Fulfillment Support Associate. If you're excited about e-commerce, logistics, and working with the growing number of brands we support, you're going to thrive here!

This role is based on-site at our warehouse facility. You’ll work directly with our operations and fulfillment teams, as well as our customers. If you're energized by a dynamic, fast-paced environment and want to grow with a company that's scaling quickly, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Provide customer service to 3PL clients, including data entry, client support, special projects, order follow-up, and outgoing product shipments.
• Shipping Documentation: Assist with compiling shipping documentation needed for freight and for customer invoicing.
• Warehouse Organization: Assist in warehouse organization, picking, and packing.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as part of the administrative duties.
• Client Support: Offer client support and assistance with various administrative tasks.
• Special Projects: Work on special projects as needed.
• Problem Solving: help with claims, order integration issues, rate shop issues or other administrative issues as they arise.
• Outgoing Product Shipments: Assist with outgoing product shipments.

What You Bring to the Table:

· You’re tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, company operating systems)

· You’re eager to learn our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Bonus Points For:

· Experience in third party logistics, e-commerce or a related field

· Familiarity with websites such as Shopify / WooCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
