- Build and maintain lasting relationships with professionals and clients across the NY Metro market
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and oversee job requisitions for positions ranging from Staff Accountant to CFO
- Gain a strong technical understanding of each position while following the client's strategic and financial parameters
- Research, identify, and manage client accounts through creative outreach and networking
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed client expectations
- Negotiate offers and close deals that create lasting partnerships
- Stay ahead of market trends and evolving client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of work experience running a full desk in permanent accounting recruitment
- Highly organized and self-motivated; professional and mature
- A go-getter with a strong desire to succeed
- Must be a strong written and verbal communicator
- Creative and can think "outside of the box"
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms required
