This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Specialist located in Spartanburg, SC. The Property Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential properties for acquisition or development, conducting in-depth market research, evaluating construction costs, and analyzing financial feasibility. The role includes engaging with industry professionals, negotiating property transactions, and supporting long-term real estate growth strategies for clients. This position requires high levels of collaboration and the ability to navigate residential and commercial real estate markets effectively.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and professional networks.
• Experience in both Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, along with a solid understanding of property markets.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and support client objectives.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in conducting property evaluations and market research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or relevant fields is a plus.
