Job Description
- Greet customers and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls using a multiline system
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages
- Manage the company calendar as needed
- Perform data entry into our Sage accounting program, such as
- Occasionally assist with payroll processing
- Preferred candidates should have two or more years of experience in
- Ability to multitask, with a high attention to detail and
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team, with strong communication skills,
